Returns

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked method, as we are not liable for lost parcels.
Return costs vary depending on your courier and location.

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by delivery may be refused.

How to Return Your Order

  • Step 1: Contact Us
    Email customercare@rosalieandgrace.com with your order number and reason for return, or use our Start a Return page to begin the process. Our team will respond with return instructions.
  • Step 2: Ship Your Return
    Send the item(s) to the address provided in our response. Please use a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the return.
  • Step 3: Receive Your Refund
    Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund via your original payment method within 14 business days.

Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed and cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep your order, please follow the return process above once you receive your items.
